State → National appeal period
Most guides say 30 days (Section 51). One guide says 45 days. The tool uses 30 days — check the order itself, which states the appeal period.
Accuracy over completeness. A fee, limit or procedure ships as “verified” only when at least two independent published sources agree on it — or it comes from an official government source (a Lok Sabha answer, the portal itself, or the Act). Where sources disagree, the conflict is written down here, and the tool uses the majority value with a warning. We would rather leave a detail out than publish a wrong number for a filing.

Most guides say 30 days (Section 67). One guide says 45 days. The tool uses 30 days.
Generally applied via Article 137 of the Limitation Act, as the RERA Act itself does not fix a limitation period. Shown as “generally 3 years” — file sooner rather than later.
Typically SBI MCLR + 2% per year, but state rules differ (Uttar Pradesh: MCLR + 1%). The tool never states a single rate as universal.
One guide reports Rajasthan uses Form N for the Authority and Form O for the Adjudicating Officer, ₹1,000 each — a single source. Confirm on the Rajasthan portal before filing.
Direct connectivity checks from this server failed for several .gov.in portals (they resolve in DNS and are confirmed by multiple published directories). All portal URLs published here are the official portals. If a link does not open for you, search “[state] RERA official” and use only .gov.in results.

| State RERA portals for Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Kerala, Punjab, Bihar, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Goa, Himachal Pradesh and other states | Portal URLs were not confirmed by two independent published sources. Use the national portal rera.gov.in to find your state's RERA. |
| Exact RERA complaint fees for states other than Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu | Only the “₹1,000 in most states; ₹5,000 in Maharashtra” range is confirmed. Always check the fee shown on your state portal before paying. |
| RERA interest rate for each state | Rates are set by state rules and differ (typically SBI MCLR + 2%; Uttar Pradesh uses MCLR + 1%). Only the typical rate is published here. |
| CCPA (Central Consumer Protection Authority) complaint route | Not covered in phase 1 — the tool covers the NCH, the Consumer Commissions and RERA. |
| Product-liability claims (Chapter VI, Consumer Protection Act, 2019) | A separate procedure with different parties (manufacturer, service provider, seller). Not covered in phase 1. |
| Execution and enforcement steps after an order | Not covered in phase 1 — the tool covers filing up to the order and the appeal deadlines. |
